Our goal is to change the perception that Microgreens are *just* a garnish; We believe they should be a part of every meal. In an effort to provide our community with a nutritious and flavorful alternative to standard vegetables, we offer fresh, cut to order Microgreens at the Rochester Farmers Market.
Restaurants
We proudly supply our product to local restaurants and are continuously amazed at the level of culinary artistry in the dishes that our greens are incorporated into. All of our Microgreens are harvested to order and delivered within 24 hours to ensure maximum flavor and peak freshness.
Retail
Can't make it to the Farmers Market, but still want to elevate your meals at home? No problem! We keep a variety of our microgreens stocked at People's Food Coop in Rochester, MN. Stop down to grab your container of greens, along with any last minute grocery items!
